Low – Medium Income Discount Application Form

This Application is to be used to request a 50% Discount on fees for families who have a combined taxable income between $74,189 for one child up to and including $120,000, a meeting with the Business Manager may be required to discuss your application.

This application can be submitted by completing the online form below. Alternatively, you can download a printable copy of the form, complete and email to the Finance Deprtment.
